Phishing vs. Services

IT has recently received a number of alerts marking messages for PHFS-utilized services as phishing or spam.
Examples of these incorrectly marked messages include:
Access Perks - a service selected by PHFS to provide consumer discounts to staff.
KnowBe4 - the training and awareness service PHFS uses to help combat potential phishing attempts; trainings in this system are required for staff.
Relias - a training system selected by the organization with valuable and assigned modules for our staff.
Please do not report messages from these sources as spam or phishing - they are not.
